About Farm Dinner

Farm Dinner is one of the Food Bank of the Rio Grande Valley’s signature annual events, bringing the community together for an evening centered on fresh food, local agriculture, and shared purpose.

Held at the Food Bank RGV, Farm Dinner features a thoughtfully prepared, multi-course meal led by Chef Larry Delgado and his team. Each course highlights fresh, locally inspired ingredients and reflects Chef Larry’s creativity and attention to detail, resulting in a dining experience that is elevated, memorable, and deeply connected to the land. Guests dine in a unique setting that reflects the Food Bank RGV’s commitment to food access, education, and sustainability.

More than a dining experience, Farm Dinner supports the Food Bank RGV’s Gem Valley Farm and community gardening initiatives. These programs provide hands-on nutrition education, teach families and youth how food is grown, and promote healthy living and self-sufficiency across the Rio Grande Valley. Proceeds from the event help sustain and expand this important work.

Attendance is intentionally limited to preserve the experience. A limited number of individual tickets may be released at a later date.
